ABRAHAM-HICKS

I love Abraham, who time after time provides pure wisdom and all the answers to any thorny or seemingly impossible question.

However, hearing and understanding the wisdom of 'Abraham's teachings', is one thing. Remembering to put the teachings into practice is another!

For those who don't know, 'Abraham' is in effect 'us' (in our non-physical form) and Abraham's wisdom is our own inner, 'Source Energy' wisdom.

Abraham tells us what we all already know deep in our heart and soul. Abraham, through Esther Hicks, is simply reminding us. And I for one am deeply grateful to Esther and Jerry Hicks and Abraham for it!

So even if you find the idea of 'channelling' (hearing and sharing the messages of)'non-physical beings' a bit weird, do have a look at some of the Abraham stuff - there's amazing wisdom there. Happy viewing!

This first link to You Tube is an audio recording rather than a video. But I think it's message is so key to creating a life you love - living today, NOW, a life you love - that I'm including it.

For those who don't believe that 'our thoughts create our reality' this next video may sound strange to you. For those who do believe it, this video may still surprise you!!

I love this video on weight loss because it's amusing, touching and is also really good advice. Plus, the principles can be applied, not just to effective and natural weight loss, but to every area of life - every area that isn't everything we'd like it to be.

FREE HUGS

A video to warm your heart - I absolutely LOVE this. This is the one about the 'Free Hugs Campaign'. If you haven't seen it yet I'm sure you'll love it. (Only thing I don't like is the name of the band providing the music!) It will make you smile, laugh, or even cry - hope you enjoy it... Lovely video: Free Hugs Campaign

Mind Movies

I created my own Mind Movie using Powerpoint and I am looking forward to some great manifestations! I'm not ready to put my Mind Movie creations up on You Tube yet, but watch this space!

Here are some examples of other people's mind movies. Some are very personal to them, and some are more generic. I particularly enjoy the movies with soundtracks that I like.

The last video clip is a brief 'how to do it' on Mind Movies.
