When I first discovered SoulCollage® (created by Seena B. Frost) I was so excited! Now I am so excited about sharing it, as no-one I’ve spoken to (in the UK) so far has heard of it, and I know that many people who discover this amazing tool will absolutely love it.

If there are aspects of you that you’ve thought were unlovable, and that you felt you had to hide, then SoulCollage® is for you.

SoulCollage® is a personal journey to You. You don’t have to share your SoulCollage® with anyone except yourself, but you may find as you progress that you want to!

With SoulCollage® you get to discover and explore all aspects of yourself – the 'positive' and the 'negative' personalities within you.

What’s even more exciting, you learn how to welcome them - even the darkest of aspects within you. You welcome parts of you that in the past you’ve hidden from yourself, and certainly from others. Parts that you may even have been afraid to acknowledge. You learn to understand these parts of you, to honour them and yes, even, to love them.

Let me quickly assure you that it’s not just the darker aspects of you that SoulCollage® uncovers and celebrates, it’s the wonderful parts of who you are too.

You discover the parts of you that may be rarely seen or felt, but are nonetheless within you.

You will find aspects of you that you admire in others. Indeed, the greatest qualities of all the people whom you’ve ever admired are also within you. SoulCollage® uncovers them.

Through SoulCollage® I’ve discovered aspects of myself that I’d forgotten were there. One of the first SoulCollage® cards I created was of a beautiful sensual woman with a fantastic body. She was luxuriating in the ocean, spray hurling around her. Her wet clothes clung to her body accentuating her breasts, buttocks and belly. She was in ecstasy,that was obvious!

Now at first glance at this woman, (and before SoulCollage®) there was no way I would have associated her with me. At the time I was feeling overweight, unattractive and certainly not youthful, or sexy. But leafing through magazines (through which most SoulCollage® images are found) I spotted the image and it ‘spoke’ to me. I could suddenly identify with this woman.

Within me there is such a sexual, sensual, beautiful, 'perfect' woman. One who is sexually free and can lose herself in her sexuality with joyful abandon. I am that woman and that woman is me. She was me at 19, and she will be me at 90.

It was liberating and exhilarating to realise that, and to create the card that is now part of my personal SoulCollage® card deck.

And that is what SoulCollage® is about – creating your own personal pack of cards, (your ‘deck’). Anyone can do it.

All you need are card, scissors, glue and a bunch of old magazines to cut up. The cards can be used in the same way as any other divination cards but they are also a tangible representation of You.

They are personal to you and represent who you are, in all aspects of yourself.

You will get to love your SoulCollage® cards, and in loving your cards, you also find you start to really love yourself.

I believe your SoulCollage® cards will help you to know yourself more deeply, and more speedily than any other tool I currently know of.

Previously, I’ve found journal writing to be the most wonderful process for self-discovery. But I think SoulCollage® is the speediest. Now, put SoulCollage® and journal writing together and you have a really powerful tool for self-discovery!

I am repeating this often I know, but, when you discover who you really are, you will learn to love who you are – all of you. It may take a little courage to embark on such a journey of self-discovery but it is a wonderfully worthwhile and liberating one.

Now, put all critical thoughts of “navel gazing” out of your mind! Self-discovery through SoulCollage® is one of the best things you will ever do for yourself.
