Free Audio: Journey to Your Dream Come True

I wanted to give away a valuable 'freebie' in return for people signing up to my e-zine. What can I give I wondered?

Then I had an idea.....What better gift than a tool for manifestation, to help people get anything they wanted!

But I'll be perfectly honest, I also created this audio because it was the kind of audio I needed.

I first recorded it (for myself) on a rickety old tape recorder. Later, I decided to professionally record it and make it available as a download.

I've known for a long time that we get what we focus on. I also know that visualisation is probably the most powerful tool for manifestation. Especially, if we visualise consistently, (focus on what we want) on a daily basis.

Simply, visualisation is about using your imagination to 'experience' or 'see in your mind's eye' something you want to happen.

Ideally, you find a place where you can comfortably relax without being disturbed. You then imagine something you would love to happen, and you imagine it as though you are experiencing it NOW.

Using all your senses makes it feel more real, and the more real it feels to us, the more quickly our 'dream' becomes our reality.

The visualisation itself need only last a minute, so long as we are totally focussed. Consistent, steady, focus when visualising, is a key factor for manifestation success. In other words, not getting distracted by other thoughts about other things.

But I found I was getting distracted. Even when I remembered to visualise daily, I did not always find it easy to keep my focus on my chosen visualisation.

I was distracted by thoughts popping into my head. But I was also distracted (when listening to guided visualisations) by the way the audio was constructed.

So, I decided to create my own audio, incorporating everything I wanted to aid my visualisation.

I wanted:

* something that transported me to my chosen 'dream come true' (i.e. anything I wanted to happen in my life), big dream or small.

* something that reminded me to use all my senses.

* something with sufficient pauses so that I had time to visualise my chosen scenario. Too often the narrator was way ahead of me, and rushing off to the next instruction when I hadn't had a chance to imagine the first one!

* someone (me!) who did not sound more excited than I was, or with a voice that I found distracting in some other way!

I hope you like what I came up with.

The most important - number one factor - is that you ENJOY your visualisation. Have fun with it!

Just 30 - 60 seconds of enjoyable focussed imagining works miracles. If you find yourself smiling - that's excellent!

The audio is around 8.5 minutes long and begins with a relaxation. You then take a journey and enter through a 'doorway' into your dream come true. You use all your senses to experience your chosen 'dream come true' before returning to hear 3 positive affirmations. The affirmations are not 'wishful thinking'. When you visualise regularly, the three things that are promised will show up for you (so keep a watch out for them!) The audio was made with love and with all good wishes for your manifesting success in the creation of a life YOU love.

By the way, before I went along to the recording studio I was a little apprehensive and the doubts and fears began to creep in... "Can I really do this?", "Supposing I get nervous and can't do it?" "Who do I think I am to do this?!"

So to allay these fear thoughts, I visualised. I visualised myself coming home, beaming joyfully and saying "It went REALLY well!" and that's exactly what happened. The recording session went beautifully and I was pleased with what I'd created. Yes, I can think of things I'd do differently next time but - I still think it's pretty good!
